Customer Service Representative 

We are looking for inbound health insurance customer service reps to join our team!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
Pay: $17.00-$18.00
Direct Hire 

We are looking for people with great customer service skills to receive inbound calls regarding our health insurance!

MUST HAVE:
--2 year experience in any CLAIMS industry

--Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry a plus!!

--5+ years of customer experience

--40+WPM

--Able to multitask, type and listen at the same time.

--High school diploma/GED required, college degree is not.

--COMPASSION and empathy for our customers, you will be receiving 40-50 inbound calls from people who need help understanding our policies, who need help understanding how to process a claim, who need help finding a doctor in their network, our team must have the heart to help our customers in need.

--Listening skills, our customer reps will have the patience to understand that our customers may be unhappy or feeling under the weather, it is your job to help them understand our policies with personal attention, an openness to helping and empathy to their situations.
