Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and changes.

    • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing documentation to gather comprehensive requirements.

  • Process Mapping and Optimization:

    • Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

    • Develop and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices to streamline operations and increase productivity.

  • Solution Design and Documentation:

    • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and system designs for technical teams.

    • Create detailed documentation, including use cases, process flows, and requirements traceability matrices, to guide development and implementation efforts.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze data from various sources to extract insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.

    • Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present findings and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure alignment of priorities, expectations, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a business analysis or related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.

  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation techniques.

  • Experience with business intelligence tools, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

  • Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
