About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Security leader to build, lead, and continuously improve an enterprise-wide security and IT risk management program. This executive-level role will drive security strategy, risk management, compliance, and business resilience across the organization.

This position serves as the primary leader for cybersecurity risk across operations, products, services, and third-party vendors, ensuring the organization maintains a strong security posture in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the enterprise information security program
• Develop and execute cybersecurity strategy and risk management framework
• Oversee compliance, security governance, and policy development
• Manage business continuity and disaster recovery programs
• Serve as the primary leader for cyber risk across the organization
• Oversee third-party risk management and vendor security reviews
• Partner with executive leadership on security strategy and risk decisions
• Lead security awareness and organizational security initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of information security experience
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience working in a regulated environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and policy-writing skills
• Experience with risk management, compliance, and security governance
• CISSP or similar leadership security certification required
• Must be local to San Antonio, Texas
