We are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Manager of Information Services to lead enterprise application platforms, data services, and reporting operations. This role serves as the IT owner of core business systems, ensuring they operate securely, reliably, and in alignment with organizational priorities.
This is a leadership position focused on governance, delivery discipline, and cross-functional collaboration — not hands-on development. You will drive platform accountability, improve delivery processes, and ensure enterprise systems effectively support operational continuity and data-driven decision-making.
Enterprise Platform Leadership
Serve as IT owner for ERP/EAM and CRM platforms
Establish governance for configurations, enhancements, integrations, and data usage
Ensure systems operate securely and meet compliance requirements
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into sustainable solutions
Application Delivery & Sustainment
Lead delivery and ongoing support of enterprise systems
Establish intake and prioritization processes for application and reporting requests
Balance operational support with modernization initiatives
Promote transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery practices
Data & Reporting Oversight
Oversee enterprise reporting and data pipelines
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and audit readiness
Support leadership with performance and operational reporting
Drive standardization to reduce ad-hoc reporting dependencies
Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and develop a team of analysts, developers, and data professionals
Align team priorities to enterprise objectives
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Client Services, and PMO teams
Serve as liaison between IT and business units
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (experience may substitute for education up to four years)
10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications or platform management
2+ years of direct people management experience
Strong understanding of ERP/EAM and CRM platforms (Infor, Salesforce, or comparable systems)
Experience with application governance, data management, and reporting practices
Ability to manage competing priorities and operational risk
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
