About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Manager of Information Services to lead enterprise application platforms, data services, and reporting operations. This role serves as the IT owner of core business systems, ensuring they operate securely, reliably, and in alignment with organizational priorities.

This is a leadership position focused on governance, delivery discipline, and cross-functional collaboration — not hands-on development. Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Platform Leadership

  • Establish governance for configurations, enhancements, integrations, and data usage

  • Ensure systems operate securely and meet compliance requirements

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into sustainable solutions

Application Delivery & Sustainment

  • Lead delivery and ongoing support of enterprise systems

  • Establish intake and prioritization processes for application and reporting requests

  • Balance operational support with modernization initiatives

  • Promote transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery practices

Data & Reporting Oversight

  • Oversee enterprise reporting and data pipelines

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and audit readiness

  • Support leadership with performance and operational reporting

  • Drive standardization to reduce ad-hoc reporting dependencies

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and develop a team of analysts, developers, and data professionals

  • Align team priorities to enterprise objectives

  • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Client Services, and PMO teams

  • Serve as liaison between IT and business units

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (experience may substitute for education up to four years)

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications or platform management

  • 2+ years of direct people management experience

  • Strong understanding of ERP/EAM and CRM platforms (Infor, Salesforce, or comparable systems)

  • Experience with application governance, data management, and reporting practices

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and operational risk

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Experience:

  • Public sector or regulated environment experience

  • Data governance and analytics enablement

  • Enterprise system modernization or transformation initiatives
