We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Change Management Manager to join a dynamic Project Management Office. This role ensures stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of IT services across the organization, while minimizing risks and disruptions.
This is a servant leadership position overseeing the Problem & Change Management team and driving high-quality execution, visibility, and ownership across IT operations.
Provide leadership, coaching, and onboarding for analysts, including growth plans and performance assessments.
Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for efficient Problem and Change Management.
Review root cause analyses and reporting metrics for accuracy and completeness.
Facilitate IT Major Incident meetings and IT Change Control Board sessions.
Track and report departmental KPIs in collaboration with senior leadership.
Serve as project manager for regulatory or compliance initiatives.
Support team operations and coverage as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may change at any time.
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years job-related work experience
5+ years financial institution experience
5+ years data analysis experience
4+ years experience with ITSM tools
ITIL Strategic Leader certification (required)
PMP certification required within 3 years of hire
Intermediate-level team leadership experience
Expert-level data analysis, trend identification, and operational reporting
Ability to implement enterprise-level change management methodologies (ITIL, ADKAR, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
Professional written and verbal communication
Intermediate analytics training capability
High adaptability and proactive problem-solving
Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
OR two years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
