About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to lead full-stack development initiatives using the .NET platform. This role will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including solution design, development, implementation, documentation, testing, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in C#, object-oriented programming, front-end technologies, and database systems, along with the technical leadership and collaboration skills needed to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-stack development projects using the .NET platform.

  • Participate in solution design and develop scalable, efficient technical solutions.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

  • Create technical designs, application documentation, and functional specifications.

  • Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews to maintain quality and system integrity.

  • Support installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of third-party applications.

  • Maintain application performance, security, and code quality throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

  • Ensure development projects align with organizational goals and business requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

  • 8+ years of software development lifecycle experience.

  • 6+ years of experience with front-end technologies and database tools, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, or Oracle.

  • Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles.

  • Experience with APIs, system integrations, and server, network, and hosting environments.

  • Knowledge of UI/UX design, responsive frameworks, Git, HTTP, and Bootstrap.

  • Understanding of secure coding practices, quality assurance, and software testing.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with .NET Core, Azure DevOps, Angular, TypeScript, and Sitecore.

  • Experience with CRM applications and sales-related systems.

  • Knowledge of React, JavaScript, and CSS/SCSS.

  • Experience integrating third-party services and developing mobile-responsive applications.

  • Familiarity with SEO, accessibility standards, and application performance optimization.

  • Exposure to Java, Python, or C++.

  • Financial industry experience is highly desirable.
