Job Title: .NET Developer

Salary: $130,000 annually


Overview

A leading organization is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to lead and manage work as a full-stack developer using the .NET platform. This position will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle—from design and development to implementation, documentation, and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration skills to drive innovation, maintain code efficiency, and ensure exceptional system performance across customer-facing and internal applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-stack development projects using the .NET framework.

  • Participate in solution design, providing technical expertise to ensure efficiency and scalability.

  • Collaborate with analysts to ensure accurate and complete documentation of requirements.

  • Develop technical solutions and create design and application functionality documentation.

  • Conduct technical design and code reviews to maintain quality and system integrity.

  • Troubleshoot and assist with installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of 3rd-party applications.

  • Serve as a technical leader and mentor within the enterprise technology team.

  • Ensure projects align with organizational goals, vision, and values.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

  • 8+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle.

  • 6+ years of experience with front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database (MySQL, Oracle) tools.

  • Proficiency in:

    • Server, network, and hosting environments

    • APIs and system integrations

    • UI/UX design and responsive frameworks

    • Version control systems (e.g., Git)

    • Secure coding practices and QA processes

  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles and C# programming.

  • Experience with HTTP, Git, and Bootstrap.

  • Excellent teamwork, time management, analytical, and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:

    • .NET Core, Azure DevOps, Angular, TypeScript, and Sitecore

    • CRM applications and sales-related systems

    • Mobile applications, responsive design, SEO, and accessibility

    • React, JavaScript, (S)CSS, and integration with external 3rd-party services

  • Familiarity with Java, Python, and C++.

  • Background in the financial industry is highly desirable.
