Overview:
The HR Technology Supervisor oversees HR tech and compliance delivery, leads Workday system architecture, and manages project schedules. Acting as a strategic advisor across business units, this role drives the design, implementation, and support of new system functionality. The Supervisor also conducts system analysis, consults stakeholders, and mentors a team of analysts to ensure effective solutions and strong performance.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Workday HCM, including payroll, benefits, and self-service.
- Lead Workday-related projects and troubleshoot system issues.
- Collaborate with IT on integrations and system enhancements.
- Supervise a team (Technology Specialist, Compliance Analyst) with plans to expand.
- Handle employee/manager requests and build reports.
- Provide Tier 3 support and guide process improvements.
- Stay current on Workday trends to optimize usage.
- Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
