Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    • Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

  • Solution Design and Implementation:

    • Work with technical teams to design and implement technology solutions that address business needs and requirements.

    • Develop functional specifications, user stories, and system designs to guide development efforts.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance:

    • Participate in testing activities, including test case development, test execution, and defect management, to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.

    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions with business stakeholders.

  • Documentation and Training:

    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, process flows, and user guides, to support solution implementation and maintenance.

    • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and technologies.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of technology solutions, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement improvements based on business needs and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical analysis or business analysis role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, and developing system designs.

  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and waterfall.

  • Knowledge of database concepts, SQL querying, and data analysis techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools.

  • Experience with business intelligence tools, data visualization, and reporting.

  • Knowledge of industry-standard technical analysis techniques and methodologies.

  • Certification in business analysis or related field is a plus.
