Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects from initiation to closure.

    • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Build and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment.

    • Delegate tasks, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure alignment with project goals.

    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution:

    • Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues as they arise.

    • Monitor project performance, identify deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions as needed.

    • Escalate critical issues to senior management and stakeholders, providing timely updates and recommendations.

  • Budget and Resource Management:

    • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

    • Optimize resource allocation, balancing competing priorities and maximizing team productivity.

    • Evaluate project costs, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.

  • Quality Assurance and Delivery:

    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet business requirements and user expectations.

    • Conduct thorough testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality.

    • Oversee the deployment and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (PMP certification is a plus).

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and collaboration tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
