QA Analyst

Salary:  $75,987 to $82,412 Annually

Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Sustainable Home Lending Department by ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, testing software functionality, and addressing member complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test business requirements and document software defects and successes.
• Ensure compliance with SHL policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support audits, regulatory reporting, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align processes with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in functional software testing and compliance in lending operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Certifications: NCCO or Salesforce Business Analyst.
