Join our data-driven marketing team as a Marketing Measurement & Insights Analyst, where you will transform enterprise and marketing data into actionable insights to drive membership growth, deepen relationships, and enhance mission impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and visualize multi-channel campaign performance using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
- Build and maintain marketing measurement frameworks, focusing on attribution modeling and ROI optimization.
- Implement advanced analytics solutions like multi-touch attribution and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights for personalized member experiences.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience with digital analytics platforms, campaign tracking, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasets.
Preferred:
- Background in financial services analytics, marketing mix modeling, or machine learning concepts.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 5 years of experience.
