IT Operations Senior Systems Analyst

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to oversee the administration of core systems, Data Center infrastructure, and server integration to ensure seamless operations and system availability. The role also involves managing disaster recovery, business continuity, and automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain hardware and operating systems for core production and backup systems.
• Administer AIX, Linux, and Windows systems for optimal performance.
• Serve as SME for server integration with core systems.
• Analyze and enhance Core Infrastructure processes for efficiency.
• Manage batch job scheduling and business process automation.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with virtual environments, server maintenance, and configuration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) and understanding of Active Directory.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in IT preferred).

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Episys Jack Henry, ITIL certification, and WLA/RPA experience.
