Below is some additional information:

• Hourly Range: $29.20 – $43.80.
• Hybrid schedule after initial on-site training. 2 days in the office every week. Hybrid schedule is subject to change.
  • There may also times when the manager will need to be onsite due to business needs.
• Minimum of 1 yr. IT Service Management experience
• Experience building and maintaining general scripts, custom workflows and reporting
• Knowledge of API integrations
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management and hardware/software lifecycles
• Understanding of the IT functions for Service Desk, Incident Management, Asset Management
• Knowledge/experience with HTML, C++/C# and/or Java
• Knowledge/experience with Ivanti/Neurons
