Customer support employee, website developer but not real technical.  Still have the MSP but moving into a new MSP. Old one runs out in Dec. Security is a big emphasis. Matthew is one of the owners. And they need someone internal. Responsible who they can old accountable.

  1. How soon would you like to start the interview process? 
  2. Is this an onsite, hybrid, WFH (I am going to say WFH is not ideal).  In the office 100%.. Travel to Austin Houston and Dallas they have show rooms there. Once per month, 
  3. Any bonus opportunities in addition to the salary? $75k-$85K  Bonus program and opportunities. Kind of a profit share kind of deal.  
  4. Are there merit increases and a performance review? And around what time of year are those discussed?
  5. Will this person be the single point of contact for the IT department and then work alongside your managed service team? 
  6. Who will they report to? 
  7. What are the work hours?

  1. When do the health benefits start? 
  2. Could you send me a copy of the benefits package? I just need to be able to speak to health insurance costs, 401k math, vacation or PTO, etc.). 
  3. Are you paid bi-weekly or semi-monthly? 
  4. What is the work attire?
