We would like to request your assistance with a newly created position, to aid in completing program documentation for the AI/ML program.
Position: Artificial Intelligence Program Support (Special Project)
Contract Timeframe: End of the year and possibly longer
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Work Arrangement: This position will be hybrid with starting in office first and then eventually transitioning to hybrid. Hybrid schedule will commence depending on how fast the candidate can learn our processes, procedures and policies. Once working hybrid schedule, the candidate will be required to be onsite at least once per week on Tuesdays.

Salary Range: TBD – Since this is a special project we are asking our vendors to submit resumes along with salary expectations for review.

Position Overview:
This person will be part of the Information Security Department reporting directly to the VP of IT Information Security. This person will be performing some components of the following daily:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Aids business stakeholders in crafting outcome statements and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives.
- Communicates AI initiatives, progress, and results to executive leadership, stakeholders.
- Assist with use case documentation and procedures for maintaining those resources.
- Assist with AI governance implementation to include policies, checklists, inventories, and impact assessments aligned to existing framework(s).
- Assist with development of controls and implementation of reviews to ensure adherence to governance, legal and ethical AI standards.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of data governance, privacy, and security principles as they apply to the use of AI/ML.
- Experience working with both IT and business stakeholder in the context of complex technology initiatives.
- General understanding of risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to guide assessment of AI risks/bias.
- Familiarity with AI Risk Management Frameworks (NIST, Microsoft Responsible AI, etc.)
