Title of Position:  Inside Sales Representative

Reports to:  Director of Sales 

Overall Responsibility: 
This person will be responsible for establishing and growing positive partnerships with existing customers and creating new business relationships.This person will analyze customer experience and offer solutions to enhance customer capabilities and performance through product knowledge and skills, and tailored sales strategies to drive achievement of customer goals. This individual will understand technology from an infrastructure perspective.   

Consults with: Partners and Executives

Term: Direct Hire 

  • Technical background.  Must be technically savvy and understand the infrastructure systems/network of an organization.
  • Responsibilities include leadership and guidance to support the growth and development of other engineering staff members; provide high-level client maintenance to ensure existing and new clients that the quality of the services delivered are closely examined; and work with executive management, directors, team leaders/ engineering managers to develop and ensure standards are maintained, specifically in the areas of quality assurance and training. Assist by answering technical questions
  • Five plus years of sales experience
  • Sales, marketing, training or customer service experience. 
  • Managed competing priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Account management experience.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to support company revenue targets by leading or supporting existing projects as assigned and support company sales initiatives as requested by the Manager.
Salary Range: $40K-$43K Base plus commission.  This is a $90K per year sales job.
