Position Summary: The Office 365/Exchange Support Specialist will apply advanced technical skills and knowledge to collect needed information to manage an initial deployment of MS Office 365 Enterprise and Business to the client. This team member will also be responsible for providing subsequent administrative and development services.
Essential Job Functions:
· Provide Tier 1 and higher Helpdesk support
· Manage and monitor the Office 365 tenants
· Monitor and test performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work
with the IS Team resolve issues
· Create and administer user and service accounts, AD group membership, and Exchange
· Address client connectivity, client software distribution, and mobile installation issues
· Develop and document best practices for supporting the Office 365 application and assist with
developing appropriate support model
· Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
· Provide advice and training to peers on various Office 365 applications
· Write and maintain custom scripts (PowerShell) to remediate issues to support users
· Create and implement training program for user education

Essential Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent knowledge and experience
Experience: 2+ years in an IS leadership role
Required Skills: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016 Administration · Microsoft Outlook 2010-2016 administration and trouble-shooting · Office 365 Deployments · Microsoft Active Directory administration and trouble-shooting · Understanding of supported applications including Azure AD Exchange Online  Skype for Business OneDrive SharePoint Teams Office Suite
