Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic IT Planning:

    • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

    • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

  2. Infrastructure Management:

    • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.

    • Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data through proactive monitoring and maintenance.

  3. Project Management:

    • Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    • Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

  4. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and excellence.

  5. Technical Support:

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

    • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective support practices.

  6. Vendor Management:

    • Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring contractual compliance and service delivery excellence.

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing for IT products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT management roles, with a track record of success in leading IT teams and projects.

  • Strong technical expertise across a range of IT disciplines, including networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute IT strategies that support business objectives and drive innovation.

  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and compliance standards.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are desirable.
