Term: Onsite, Southside of Town. Direct Hire

Salary: $125k

Job Summary:

As a Total Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives. You will play a critical role in developing competitive and equitable compensation and benefits packages that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and knowledge of industry best practices will be instrumental in driving employee engagement and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities:

  1. Total Rewards Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals, market trends, and employee needs.
    • Partner with senior leadership and HR team to define compensation philosophy, salary structures, and benefits offerings.
  2. Compensation Management:

    • Lead the design, evaluation, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and equity compensation plans.
    • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and equity in compensation practices.
  3. Benefits Administration:

    • Oversee the design, administration, and communication of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
    • Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits offerings to meet the needs of employees and remain competitive in the market.
  4. Recognition and Rewards Programs:

    • Develop and manage employee recognition and rewards programs to foster a culture of appreciation and engagement.
    • Implement initiatives to recognize and reward employees for their contributions and achievements.
  5. Compliance and Governance:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compensation and benefits.
    • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to total rewards programs.
  6. Employee Communication and Education:

    • Communicate total rewards programs to employees, ensuring they understand the value of their compensation and benefits.
    • Provide education and support to employees on compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or certification in HR or Compensation/Benefits preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on compensation, benefits, or total rewards management.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, benefits administration, and total rewards strategies.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing compensation and benefits data and documentation.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and compensation management software.
  • Certification(s) in compensation or benefits management (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
  • Experience in global or multi-national organizations is desirable.
