Salary: $65K-$75K plus bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Campaign Management:

    • Develop comprehensive marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and market trends.

    • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.

  • Content Creation and Storytelling:

    • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and social media posts.

    • Develop and maintain brand messaging and voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.

  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:

    • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic and conversions.

  • Public Relations and Media Relations:

    • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to generate positive media coverage and PR opportunities.

    • Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials to promote company news, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Event Planning and Management:

    • Plan and execute events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to showcase products and services, generate leads, and engage with customers and prospects.

    • Coordinate logistics, content development, promotion, and follow-up activities for all events.

  • Analytics and Performance Measurement:

    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication initiatives, using data and insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, engagement metrics, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications roles, with a focus on strategic planning, content creation, and campaign management.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling across various formats and platforms.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying current on marketing trends and emerging technologies.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in technology or SaaS industries, is a plus.

  • Knowledge of design principles and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.

  • Certification in digital marketing or content marketing is a plus.
