Salary: $110K-$115K plus bonus

Job Summary:

As the Bilingual Technology Solutions Manager for Latin America, you will lead our technology solutions team in the region, driving the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions to meet the business needs of our Latin American operations. Fluent in both Spanish and English, you will bridge language and cultural barriers to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the region. Leveraging your technical expertise and bilingual communication skills, you will play a pivotal role in defining technology strategies, driving project execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and execute technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regional market dynamics, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and standards.

    • Collaborate with senior management and business stakeholders to identify technology needs and prioritize initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

  • Solution Design and Implementation:

    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions to address business challenges and opportunities in the Latin American market, ensuring solutions meet regional requirements and standards.

    • Partner with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business units to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects on time and within budget.

  • Bilingual Leadership and Team Development:

    • Build and lead a high-performing technology solutions team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to team members across the region.

    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team, leveraging bilingual communication skills to bridge language barriers and promote cross-functional collaboration.

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, effectively communicating technology strategies, project updates, and risks in both Spanish and English.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on technology solutions and initiatives, and ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.

  • Risk Management and Compliance:

    • Identify and mitigate technology risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across the Latin American region.

    • Implement robust security measures and controls to protect the integrity and confidentiality of company data and systems, providing bilingual support and guidance to ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on technology solutions development and delivery in the Latin American market.

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

  • Deep understanding of technology trends and best practices, with experience in areas such as cloud computing, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading technology projects and initiatives in a complex and dynamic business environment.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across diverse cultural backgrounds.

  • Ability to travel within the Latin American region as needed, and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate regional business needs.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience working in the Latin American market, with knowledge of regional business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or ITIL is desirable.

  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve bilingual communications and cultural differences to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
